Thinkhouse is one of the world’s leading independent agencies. Our Social & Digital Innovation Team is growing and we’re on the hunt for exciting new talent to join us in the next stage of our adventure, with a new Social and Digital Senior Account Manager role just announced.


The Social and Digital Senior Account Manager will operate at the centre of THINKHOUSE’s Social and Digital Innovation services - seamlessly working with other advertising; creative, PR and influencer marketing, as well as live events. The right person for the role is an extremely creative, organised, methodical and energetic individual with brilliant attention to detail.

The winning candidate will be self-motivated and a natural relationship builder. The candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can develop world-class social and digital strategy and standalone, always on or TTL social and digital campaigns.

Our clients include some of the world’s biggest brands across multiple sectors including food & drink, services, tech, not-for-profit and lifestyle.


You will have at least 5 years experience working in social and digital media - in house, in agency or for a media publisher. Experience managing large scale always-on social media clients that operate across multiple channels and markets is preferred.

You will have a strong track record of developing and managing cutting edge social and digital campaigns for both Irish and global clients.

You will have a strong understanding of the marketing industry including trends, innovations, media landscape (specifically digital & social) and culture. You will have experience working with brands in a sector, or multiple sectors, including: food & drink, services, finance, not-for-profit and lifestyle. You will have a passion for sustainable and purposeful practice in business; working in partnership with leading brands and organisations, including BCorps, with netzero targets and social-justice missions.

You will be culturally curious with an innovative and creative edge and big ambitions. You will have an unstoppable hunger to land the best results for your clients and the agency. You will be highly organised, have a positive mindset and be a superb team player.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); have an expert knowledge of new social media landscape developments; write concisely, accurately and quickly. A sense of humour and an ability to think outside the box is essential.

  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat.
  • Understanding of other platforms such as Twitch, Pinterest etc is favourable
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience with CopyClear.
  • Social media buying expertise


  • Experience working with alcohol brands.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified
  • Google Digital Garage Certified
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Twitter for Business, TikTok for business, Snap Ads.
