THINKHOUSE food and drink brands listed as part of Ireland’s TOP 100 brands

The newly published ShelfLife 2026 Brand Footprint report, produced by Worldpanel by Numerator, reveals the 100 grocery brands that have earned the strongest connection with Irish shoppers over the past year.

Based on Consumer Reach Points (CRPs) – a measure of how many households buy a brand and how often they purchase it – the annual ranking draws on shopping data from 5,000 demographically representative Irish households to identify the brands winning a place in consumers' homes and shopping baskets.

Once again, a number of THINKHOUSE’s partners are recognised in the rankings:

KEELINGS

The standout performance came from Keelings, which climbed six places to No. 13, continuing a remarkable upward trajectory after rising from No. 32 to No. 19 the previous year. Since being appointed Keelings' creative lead in 2024, THINKHOUSE has partnered with the brand on a major repositioning, culminating in the launch of its new creative platform, Love That Keelings Feeling. Built around a renewed focus on emotion and the joy of fresh produce, the work has helped strengthen the brand's connection with shoppers, with Keelings climbing an impressive 19 places over the past two years.

IRISH PRIDE

Meanwhile, Irish Pride held firm at No. 15, maintaining its place among Ireland's most chosen grocery brands. In a year where many household names shifted positions, remaining in the Top 15 is a testament to the enduring strength of one of the country's best-known bakery brands. This year also marked the beginning of THINKHOUSE's partnership with Irish Pride, unveiling a major repositioning and its largest ever TTL marketing campaign to challenge perceptions around white bread.

BARRY’S TEA

Barry's Tea remains one of Ireland's most iconic brands, ranking No. 36 overall. Barry’s Tea continues to be Ireland's highest-ranked tea brand, reflecting 125 years of trust and loyalty from Irish shoppers. As Barry's Tea's PR and social partner, THINKHOUSE is proud to help tell the stories behind one of Ireland's most beloved household names through ideas that live on TikTok, Meta and YouTube as well as in earned media.

INNOCENT

Another of this year's biggest movers was innocent, jumping an impressive 24 places to No. 71, highlighting the continued strength of the brand in an increasingly competitive category. As the brand's PR partner, THINKHOUSE has helped drive cultural relevance and conversation around innocent through integrated communications that connect with Irish consumers.

HEINEKEN®

Rounding out the list, Heineken® secured No. 91, remaining the highest ranking beer brand to feature in this year's Brand Footprint report. In a highly competitive drinks market, the result reflects the enduring strength of one of the world's most recognisable beer brands. THINKHOUSE continues to partner with Heineken® for its PR and social work; delivering ambitious, culturally-led campaigns that keep the brand at the heart of conversation; most notably through our recent work on Heineken’s partnership with RTE for The World Cup. THINKHOUSE is also part of the brand’s interagency team that delivered a Grand Prix for ‘The Pub That Refused to Die’ at this year’s Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.

Claire Hyland, THINKHOUSE’s, Head of Strategy, said: “It’s great to THINKHOUSE clients feature strongly, once again, in this important annual report. As a B Corp certified company, we’ve been working with many of our food and drink clients on their sustainability journeys, as well as their fame work so we understand what goes on, often behind the scenes, too. In addition to the brands available within grocery, our work with clients such as Bord Bia, HSE and with Ireland’s largest grocery retailers; further strengthens our understanding of ‘the business of food and drink’ as well as the changing forces shaping the culture of food and drink.”

It's a privilege to help build brands that continue to earn a place in the hearts, homes and shopping baskets of consumers across Ireland.

Congratulations to our clients on their continued success.
